The General Education program at Dixie State University develops citizen-scholars as it:

Dixie State University General Education Life Sciences or Physical Sciences Laboratory Science courses require oral presentations of scientific models to elucidate the logical implications of theory and then express those consequences in ways that permit testing of theoretical ideas constitute one quarter of all laboratory classes.
