Transfer of an Interstate Passport from Utah System of Higher Education School School (USHE). All general education requirements will be waived with a general education certificate and/or an Interstate Passport awarded fall 2016 or later from one of these institutions. USHE institutions include: Dixie State University, Salt Lake Community College, Snow College, University of Utah, Utah State University, Utah Valley University, and Weber State University.
Transfer of an Interstate Passport from ALL other Regionally Accredited Institutions. All general education requirements will be waived except American Institutions (AI) with an Interstate Passport awarded Fall 2016 or later. The American Institutions requirement is mandated by the Utah legislature for students at all USHE institutions. Transfer students must complete a three credit course in American Instiuttions to meet the general education requirements.
Students must take both courses in the English list and one course in the Fine Arts list to meet the Passport Learning Outcomes of Oral Communication.
Students must take a unique course in each to fulfill the requirements.
