The Passport Block listed here is for general information only.
Students must see the institution's website for access to its official block.

Black Hills State University will award the Interstate Passport to students who complete all 6 SDBOR General Education Goals totaling 30 credits. The 6 SDBOR General Education Goals will be considered met for students transferring to BHSU with a completed Passport from another Passport school. For a complete explanation of the requirements and learning outcomes for the SDBOR General Education Goals, go to www.bhsu.edu/academics.

Students must take one course from the approved Oral Communication list. This course will satisfy SDBOR General Education Goal #2.
